Pros
Depending on which division you work for the environment and people are actually really great and supportive, I'm coming up on 3 years at a division called Systems Pros. I have made a lot of strong friendships and learned a lot about the industry because I got in during a good time.
Cons
Since re-org and the new COO was appointed he/they are turning this place into a sweat shop. They continue to lower the base pay of incoming and current employees, and they are making it nearly impossibly to make any money on commissions. I was billing $50k a week and I was still making less than 30k annual salary. They keep bringing in people only to have them quit a few weeks later once they do the math.
