Pros

Working for Entegee is great because you are always working on something different. With their awesome network of clients there is a ton of potential to make good money. The team is great to work with and great trainers of sales, recruiting and retention. If you have an opportunity to work with Entegee and you were asking my advice, I would encourage you to go for it.

Cons

You do work in an office all day, on the phone working on a computer. If you need to be outside this isn't the job for you.

Laid back environment, good entry level job. Free reign on which positions you get to work on. Sort of like running your own business because you are not given much guidance. Numbers are the only measuring stick.

Cons

Poor Management, Poor Training, Poor Compensation, Unrealistic expectation, use the past as bench march. Growth potential is extremely limited and everything is the recruiters fault. Recruiters are treated with very little respect. Unprofessional environment and ask you to rewrite resumes to make candidate look more qualified than they are. Non Compete agreement in place to stop you from ever advancing.
