Pros

There are no pros here, this is an employment contractor who deliberately sends people to knowingly bad companies that have a revolving door or are sweat shops etc, and cannot keep employees, such as Riviana. They go by two different names Synergy and Entegee in an attempt to escape their bad reputation. Any good reviews here are from the management. I would give them NO stars if Glass door would allow that.

Cons

They are not dealing in reality and are not willing stop doing business with bad employers such as Rivian. You will waste a lot of time and money dealing with this employment contractor Entegee, Synergy or what ever name they may change to in order to escape their bad reviews.

Pros

It's a paycheck and a place to go every morning.

Cons

Entegee is in dire need for culture diversity awareness training. While I worked for Entegee (E91) at their office in Davenport IA, the office was made up of 90% young white males, the only female they hired was fired within 2 weeks. The office reflect the lack of professionalism, joking with each other, talking sports for hours, and tossing baseballs around the office.
