None that I have seen so far

They provide no training basically just throw you in and tell you to make cold calls and hope you land on something. They provided me training for about a hour and a half on how to use their CRM system bullhorn that’s the extent of it. They don’t pay you the commission you worked hard for. This was an issue for employees that have worked here for years they had to monitor their money as well. You need to remind them to pay you because if not you are losing money. So make sure you keep track of who you land a job. This was the worst place I’ve worked by far. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and don’t work for this company or any of the other names they go by now they were purchased by akkodis but they have been so many names like new era recruiting and I now see why there business practices are awful. They can’t keep a staff and it’s because they don’t know how to run a successful business. The turn over here is unreal.

No training. They have expectations, but they don't tell you what those expectations are. My manager would tell me horrible things about management, but my manager is still working there.

Everything. No guidance, No explanation of expectations, No training. No Flexibility, No PTO.
