There are no bonuses... at all. Been here for 2 years and promotions are rarely discussed (if at al)

Performance requirements set by the client are met but bonuses are not paid out and company won’t make up the difference. If you don’t ask for the annual pay review it will not be mentioned and your pay will stay the same.
