Salary absolutely sucks. You’re promised raises and don’t get them. If you call anyone out on what they promised you in the beginning, you get in trouble. Can’t speak your mind. They say they’ll help you if you’re struggling and don’t. Managers are super shady and cliquey. If a manager doesn’t like you, you’re not getting any starts. Zero training program at all, they just expect you to know everything. Multiple higher up managers leave out of the blue and they have no explanations. They swear they’re so culture based and literally do not care about their employees success, only the success of the company. Run away now. Working for this company is dreadful. Now I see why so many people quit so fast.
