Cons

leadership does not care about equity or inclusion, they do not practice any of what they preach when it comes to diversity in the workplace, whether it's equal pay, culture, hiring, promotions, development, or employee resource groups and internal education and training. it's really hard to be there and have equal opportunity if you aren't a straight white man in leadership. Leadership is also disingenuous, careful with what you discuss with them and how much you share.

-By far, the industry leader in diversity, equity and inclusion. Entelo sets the standard for DEI product functionality in the TA space. -Highly supportive and welcoming team -Adding industry expertise to position for greater growth -Product has solid functionality and issues are resolved quickly - within weeks; a highly impressive accomplishment

Cons

-Past change has been hard on the team, though improvements made in the past six months have team members optimistic about the company's direction -Leadership is working to mature processes and functions to be able to scale up and correct for past missed opportunities, so there are still some growing pains to be worked through.

Pros

Entelo is filled with great people who respect one another, work hard, and have fun all at the same time. This is the first company I've worked at where I actually want to be friends with my coworkers. The talent team has done a fantastic job at hiring people who add to the culture and make a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Cons

Certain processes take a bit too long considering we are still at a startup.
