I agree with you about the people here. They're what make our company great and while perhaps company culture events aren't for everyone, we're always looking for ways to make our culture as inclusive as possible. I appreciate hearing what you have to say. Best of luck in your next endeavor.

Pros

Entelo is a dream. Plain and simple. Before coming to Entelo, I feared working in tech in the Bay area would always have some negative commonalities: long hours, inexperienced startup managers, and a lack of concern over employee well being and career development. I feared I would never find a company where empathy was a core part of the culture and DNA. Entelo restored my faith. It's absolutely amazing and I intend to stay here for quite a while. After receiving a few offers, I chose Entelo because of the reviews of the culture on Glassdoor (as well as the people I met), and I can honestly say it's exactly as advertised. People are genuinely kind. Entelo goes out of their way to care for employees - both in terms of the way people are treated as well as the great perks/benefits. There's also real work-life balance. My experience (and unfortunately the experience of my friends) has been that startups are often pressure cookers. People are expected to put in 9am-8pm days. It's completely different here. People work hard, put in a solid amount of work, and then leave around 5:30. That's not to say there isn't passion - often times my team will choose to stay late and jam on a great feature that we're excited about it. But the point is that it's not expected. It's passion-driven and that's exactly how I want to work. In summary: I feel so lucky that I found Entelo. It's fantastic.

Cons

While we have amazing perks (401k, headphone allowance, charitable giving matching, unlimited PTO, fully paid medical, dental, vision, gym stipend, etc etc) - it'd be nice to also have a health savings account benefit.

Pros

They have a great number of people who are smart and a wonderful group to work with. CEO, Jon Bischke is AMAZING and a great leader.

Cons

They are a growing company and there are a lot of growing pains. Although the CEO is great, it seems like the rest of the management team is a bit "young" not in age but in maturity. There needs to be more direction for people to follow and not all the wishy washy stuff that makes it seem like they aren't "forcing" us to do things.

Thanks for your review and the kind words. It's an honor and a privilege to be able to lead such an incredible group of people at Entelo. I also will take to heart your comments around where we can better. We are committed to providing the best possible leadership to Entelo and will do that through continual development of our current leadership and hiring more senior leaders in the future (e.g., as we've recently done in Enterprise Sales). Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly if you would ever like to have a deeper conversation on any of the above. Best, Jon
