Pros

The hiring process and people within Entelo are amazing. From the onboarding process to learning the ropes. The people and collaboration and the willingness to assist are second to none. Making a change isn't easy and the Entelo family has made the transition smooth in getting ramped up.

Pros

Great CEO vision, board bought in, leadership experience in the TA space at every level and org, and every employee at every level was so welcoming and candid during onboardingthat it made the experience very easy.

Cons

With a company that has been around for a while, but managed differently at different stages of growth, contraction, COVID, etc there's immense potential, but growing pains to be expected at a systems, packaging, and team/process/structure level. Being flexible in start up environments overcomes all of this.

-By far, the industry leader in diversity, equity and inclusion. Entelo sets the standard for DEI product functionality in the TA space. -Highly supportive and welcoming team -Adding industry expertise to position for greater growth -Product has solid functionality and issues are resolved quickly - within weeks; a highly impressive accomplishment

Cons

-Past change has been hard on the team, though improvements made in the past six months have team members optimistic about the company's direction -Leadership is working to mature processes and functions to be able to scale up and correct for past missed opportunities, so there are still some growing pains to be worked through.
