The Austin office is only about 10 people and the entire office has been turned around within the last year. They have put an attorney in charge, and she is doing what you would expect (making things worse). It’s quite hilarious when the turnover has been a result of this one director and her decision making. Imagine being told to be in the office while she is on the phone yelling while she is in the airport. Imagine being told to go pick up Diet Dr Pepper because the office is FORCED to buy that for her and only her. Not picked up from the store, but from down the hallway since she’s too busy to leave her office and grab one for herself. But, this is similar to issues with other managers in Texas’ HQ - the Woodlands. There are about 10 people in the Woodlands who are all VPs and they tend to be a crowd that looks down on people below them. True story - the leadership FLIES from Houston to Austin. A perfectly drivable distance - talk about wasteful! Another con - the CEO is not Drew Marsh, it is Eliecer Viamontes, so in actuality, you receive marching orders from two CEO’s as a Texas employee.

The pay is definitely better in other fields
