      The job has flexible hours wjich provides a great schedule. The pay is good because of mileage and annual bonuses.

      Cons

      There is an internal problem with operations. You will manage e every job from beginning to end. The job is not for those who are not go-getters.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Work locations in several states are available. Nuclear Business Unit has the option to work flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Reduction in personnel over the years leads to understaffing even as work in the nuclear areas become more demanding. Several nuclear sites are in the process of being decommissioned.

      Pros

      The people. My coworkers were incredible. The management was kind of a mixed bag, but I was lucky enough to have had very good direct management that handled any issues very quickly and ensured that it was to the satisfaction of all those involved.

      Cons

      Entergy has been pulling away from the North for a long time and while I understand it is a business and they need to make money - it is still frustrating and painful to have to leave jobs your love because they continue to shut down their plants in the North.
