      Pros

      job security, other than that there really are not any pros to being in the security dept. You can watch movies all night, or go to school go free online.

      Cons

      everything about this company is horrible. well atleast in the security dept. Poor management, no clear path to advancement, favoritism during hiring, and zero accountability for actions.

      Pros

      401k and pension that's it this place is terrible.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. Good old boy network in full effect, Supervisors constantly lie, are not well trained when it comes to soft skills such as dealing with your subordinates. Work life balance is non existent and you are constantly forced for overtime.

      Declining in every area

      Pros

      Management is extremely forgiving and patient. Once you reach the senior director level it will really be held accountable for delivering results.

      Cons

      The nuclear plants are declining in every area that can be measured. INPO scores, NRC inspections, capacity factor, etc. A long time ago this company had potential but poor business decisions have ruined it. Failed mergers, failed spinoff attempts and other management blunders have siphoned off hundreds of millions of dollars for absolutely no gain.
