      Pros

      Pay is excellent. Many available jobs.

      Cons

      If you are the nail that "sticks out", you will be rapidly hammered down. Insurance is poor. They are self-insured, administered by Aetna. Schedule trumps quality, every time.

      a paying job, shift was a day shift (plus), location was convienent

      health benefits costly no time to take care of family supervision was all over the place work environment was clustered building was too small

      Pros

      decent benefits with a steady job. most of the time regular hours, 40 hour, but It can get hectic. Plenty of opportunity to make overtime.

      Cons

      Even after a 10 hr workday, they call you out all hours of the day and night, even on weekends. No clear direction where the company is heading. Too many changes in too little time with no explanation.
