      One of the top employers in the state in terms of pay and benefits. A lot of opportunity for movement and growth being part of a multi state fleet of operations.

      High stress environment. Workload overwhelming. Understaffed in most locations.

      Nice schedule, love the team members I interact with on a daily basis

      Uncertainty in the future of the company; revolving door of new hires; raises/promotions are not based on merit, but who you know to open a position for you; Inadequately trained supervisors; upper management has no clue about their employees, nor shown any interest in getting to know them; lack of communication from upper management & Supervisors with their employees; unprofessional supervisors who lack leadership skills and initiative; little opportunity for growth; IT help desk is now horrible after being outsourced
