Learned so much that can help me in my safety career. Learned what it takes to make it.

Cons

Being the first woman was hard. Walked on egg shells after a year Being there because of a discrimination discrepancy. Ended up being investigated for months and because I was union it took a while to fire me. But they are a dirty company that trys to clean up their act.

Salary is good but they’ll try to get you for the bottom pay and won’t budge. Great schedule.

Cons

Promote work life balance however there is a lot of work to balance. So there goes life! Direct management was very unsupportive. Promotions are very much based on who likes you.

If you haven't worked for company over 20 years or related to someone forget moving up. The most clickish workplace I've ever worked for. Very bad management who hoard work then write you up because you’re not doing work. I worked in to different departments and the same experience in both. OCE talks about how they are creating an inclusive culture and "path to premier" are a joke. Leadership waste so much money on stupid stuff like private jets and making you travel for training when it can be done online. They do not promote or hire the best employees only the ones with the right connections.
