Most of the workforce has been here for 2+ years great in terms of retention, and if you plan to retire

Cons

Management has no experience on how to really do changing management. It’s a favoritism circle you make management if you’ve been with the company for a long time. People that have worked in nuclear tend to have preferential treatment, and therefore more career development, opportunities, and leadership opportunities to further them

Remote work, beverages and snacks for staff, Pay is not bad.

Cons

Made me take a test to qualify as a candidate, felt like I was taking the SAT/ACT and was completely useless for the tasks I performed. Only one required to take the test, was shocked by this. Was told would pay for parking when taking the test, didn't. Job descriptions do not match job duties. Was bored, did not have enough work to do.
