      Everyone one I know is looking for employment elsewhere

      Pros

      I cannot think of any pros at the moment. Some employees have tremendous growth opportunities, but that is only if you are great at playing the office politics game.

      Cons

      There are too many to list. But mainly the uncertainty of the organization, The employees are not sure if the company will be around much longer. The morale of the organization is at an all time low. The turnover in the HR department is soaring which is causing stress and triple workload for remaining employees. Bad leadership and line management is all over the company. Employees have no rights.

      Pros

      Management is a bunch of snakes in the grass. Upper management does not care or want to hear about problems, they just stick your fingers in their ears and say "la la la". You do get alternating Fridays off, but BEWARE DO NOT TAKE THEM OFF!!!! This is a test to see if you are committed. If you take your Friday's off, management will not like you.

      Cons

      Only single people without children and a life will excel and be able to move up. If you have a family, be prepared to get a divorce like most managers and directors at this company.

      Pros

      Pay is great, Everyone at the company has the will and desire to work.

      Cons

      Everything takes 4 times as long as it needs to be due to management interference. Or poor management. Supervisors often do not speak up and back there employees to higher management. Management is open to here employee concerns but then does nothing in response.
