This company is on a downward spiral. People like me are leaving on the regular. This used to be the company to work for in the Southern region of LA but nope it’s just not good anymore. They continue to hire people who are ruining the old Entergy culture. Also the promotion structure has gone downhill. It is now extremely hard to get promoted here unless you do double maybe even triple the work. I feel so sorry for my former coworkers who have been there for years and continue to be overlooked. Instead of promoting current staff, they hire senior level analyst then expect the lower levels to help train…ridiculous. This is why employee moral is at an all time low. Additionally, this company continues to be reactive in everything they do. Everything there is a cluster. I am blessed to have gotten away. I tried so hard hoping good change would come but nope…just had to quit 2 weeks after returning from maternity leave….yes, I quit with no job lined it was that bad. I just couldn’t continue to stay in a burning structure. Unfortunately there are many others who don’t have the option to just leave and that’s who I am most concerned about due to the toxic environment they have to tolerate. Also, racism is rampant and it’s very sad to see as I have friends and coworkers who are very diverse and me as a Caucasian female looking in, I can definitely see the difference in the things such as pay & advancement and it just sickens me. Lastly, Management only cares about their bonuses and will do anything to achieve goals anything believe me.

The most woke company you will find. In 2021 they gave raises to all non white males. Not a joke.
