Pros

- Being early stage startup, there's a good amount of work needed to be done which is challenging and therefore a great opportunity for growth. - Most of the work you do is very impactful, involving building things ground up and often comprising of decisions which define the foundation of the product and the company. - There's lot of opportunities to grow outside your defined role. Eg: I joined as Backend but now working as a Full Stack. - Company has top notch members, who have a good experience in their respective fields. There's a lot to learn from each person. - Founders have strong vision and are empathetic. They have set up an amazing culture which gives a lot of room for empathy as well as growth. (Checkout Core Values and Operational Principles on the website) - The compensation is very competitive, comparable to the very top paying companies. - There's is lot of work to be done, but your hard work is recognised by members as well as founders, and often times you are rewareded for it. - Though there's lot of work to do, the company understands the efforts required and sets up realistic goals to acheive. Meaning, even though you may have to work a bit out of your comfort zone sometimes, you won't have to go very far from it. - The company is open for remote work.

Cons

- Being a startup, and as there's a lot of work to be done, you are expected to take ownerships and accountability. This is a con in the sense that this job requires a good amount of dedication, which might not be possible for everyone. - There aren't many perks outside of compensation. But the high compensation balances it.

Pros

- Work is challenging right from requirements to delivering to customer. It's a lot of learning process to me. - The best colleagues you can ask for. - Core and Operational Values are to the point. - You will get recognised for your work and the rewards will be reflected accordingly. - Lot of different ways to connect with people since it is operating on remote basis till now (at the time of reviewing) like 1:1, virtual-chai-coffee meets, code names, etc.

Cons

- Since it is a startup (at the time of reviewing) there will be a lot of new work which requires new learning. For that, need to spend more time. -9 - 6 might be difficult since the clients are from US. Some times need to work during night times to address the important issues.
