Hours of operation, are in good fashion. Great software systems to learn and user friendly

Cons

No one trust anyone, a lot of behind the scenes conversations about one another. People who have worked the their longer than others don't like change

Pros

I came here from out of the area, from a bank whose goal is to perform at a level that this bank routinely achieves, and it's been very rewarding to work here. Pros include: Interesting work, highly competent management team and commercial lending team, friendly staff, management that seems to care about the employees. Excellent benefits.

Cons

The only "con" I have is having to deal with the traffic!

Pros

The Bank and the leaders of the bank are great. Could not ask for greater people who have their act together. Very professional and will go to bat for you. Cannot say enough good things about the HR department and other top people at the bank.

Cons

Leadership in the home loan division needs some major help. The main leaders in the home loan division only want to market for loans with a product called Home Scouting. Tried getting them to market in other ways but it all fell on dead ears and they will not listen. In my personal opinion, they have all of their marketing dollars in one program when I think they should be more diversified and have more than one marketing tool to offer loan officers.
