      Pros

      Vacation days an paid choice time off are great benefits. Moreover the health insurance and the many programs offered to employees for work life balance, as well have life management programs. It is a fun and friendly enviroment to work in. Also, there are several clear career paths to take.

      Cons

      The pay is too low the 48 to 50 hour work week. There is a lot of stress and a lot of hours the salary is way too low. Also everyone starts at the same level even those with higher education and work experience, thats not fair. And career development is non-existant, if you are self motivated you can succeed on your own.

      You can move up quickly, you work with great people that are alot of fun. Very big corporation.

      Kiss any time with your friends away, you work all the time. Low starting pay. Washing cars in your suits.
