      friendly co-workers good training process major resume booster...lots of companies know the MT program competitive if your into that promote from within

      washing cars in suits weekends long hours outside in cold and raining weather not a lot of respect from customers

      Great training and development. Your career can advance much quicker if you have a mentor. There are so many departments you can move around in and really learn the overall operations.

      You typically have to start out as a management trainee which can be lots of hours.
