      Great place to be able to run your own business, no work/life balance

      Pros

      You really get the chance to run your own show once you make it to manager. There is a lot of autonomy given. Most of the people who work in the company are great to be around.

      Cons

      If you don't have corporate average on customer service score, you can't get promoted, even if there were mistakes and a customer wants to call in to corporate to help you get a better score. If you really want to succeed, you end up putting in a lot more hours than they say you are supposed to be putting in.

      Pros

      Enterprise gives you the opportunity to learn how to run your own business using the resources and money of someone else. If you want to work here, understand it will be long hours, no time off but gives you the idea of what an entrepreneurial endeavor might feel like but without the financial commitment.
