      too many hours to put in for too little pay

      Pros

      great place to start a sales and management career right out of college. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Min of 50 hours a week leaves little to no work/life balance and once you become management you work way more hours and are mandated to be accessable by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Its unfortunate that you have so much responisbility and as a manager you are the lightening rod so anything that goes wrong you are held accountable. For this much responisbility they should pay alot better.
