      The Unfair Job

      Pros

      pros are that enterprise that it is a great place for people who only have a high shcool diploma and they do offer you raises and bonuses. They do allow you 7 days off and it is up to you when you want to take off.

      Cons

      Enterprise does not care if you have a doctor statement or not they will still give you a point. so lets say if you are in the hospital for major surgery and you are off work for about a week they will roll your points into about 2 or 3 points. Enterprise allows you to get about 12 points in a year and they don't roll of untill the anneversary of the day you recieved the point. But it is unfair that they don't care about you being in the hospital. you still recieve a point.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work for recent grads of Accounting or Management programs. office is laid back a the car sales level

      Cons

      pay is low and slow moving not to mention pay scales are not posted anywhere to compare like some other places do. once you get into a administrator role, there is little if any chance of promotion.
