      Pros

      Great training programs for all levels of employment. You set the pace for your career advancement. Company is well respected.

      Cons

      Not all area managers reward their employees. Promotions can be political. Most people are very unhappy and disgruntled during and after employment. They allow customers to dictate your success regardless of how much money you make at your branch.

      Pros

      Only thing good out working at enterprise is when you go marketing you have time to go out and look for another job.

      Cons

      there is no help form upper management when you needed they turn they phone calls, an claim to have been in a meeting that was not schedule (bar).

      Pros

      good first job to understand the business. You can take gradually responsability. good management team and team spirit. Big group so we can get international possibility.

      Cons

      When working in a team there are no losers and no winners. That, despite of obvious advantage (no one loses anything), can be a big disadvantage.
