      Very unprofessional environments. Hard work for very little pay. Not rewarding. Endured harassment, bullying, sexual misconduct. Not worth it!! Run!

      Pros

      Enterprise provides a great work life balance depending on who your supervisor is. You're able to make up your hours during the week if you're need to leave early or come in late. My co-workers make coming to work worth it.

      Cons

      Management only cares about taking care of their own and not the actual employee. Politics based. High turn over rate. The company states they're making the most profit they ever have however are cutting salaries across the board and cutting employee perks. You only get promoted based off whether they like you and not your work ethic.

      Pros

      All the management as well as employee base in general is incentivized to provide excellent customer service which leads to everybody working hard to create a good atmosphere. The position I have is pretty set in stone, but the managers all have a lot of promotion opportunity based on performance so they do a great job as well. I've personally earned almost 600 dollars in bonuses one month and I only work part time, so the opportunity to earn more is awesome.

      Cons

      Have to deal with rude customers that you just have to smile and wave at- pretty typical of any customer service job though honestly.
