There are no pros with this company! Not one good thing to say about them and their abuse to their employees!!
Cons
This is a great company to work for if you're into being discriminated against and being treated poorly! They work you like a new age slave only to throw you out to the trash as if you mean nothing to them. I've never worked for a company where you're forced to falsify information and place bandages on existing issues!!! If you don't adjust your ethics to their fraudulent activities management will band against you! The managers are more unprofessional than the employees are!!! This company doesn't give a care in the world about their employees or the borrowers!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! If this place were to burn down with management trapped in it, I guarantee you it would be a celebration by the employees!!!!
