      Pros

      Flextime and they hire just about anyone.

      Cons

      If you need a quick job this is it, other than that terrible managers, they are nice but dont train, do not show the tricks of the trade that is collections. Very poor management overall. Most people here are unprofessional, untimely, favoritism at its worst. This place ifs definitely going down hill. Pay was 11.55, some benefits come after 30 days and no sick time til you work there a year in the below management positions. All about cutting costs with this place.

      Pros

      flex time, coworkers are very nice and usually very suportive,the benefits arent to bad either and there are bonuses but of course you have to work very hard for them.

      Cons

      management is very rude, however recently more have been promoted so the work mload is probably dispused a little more evenly,the business is numbers driven so you can be over and beyond for a few months in terms of goals and mayabe one month you have a bad month and you will be sure to hear about it but it is collections so thats expected

      Pros

      a job always helps gets the bills paid, and is better than being unemployed. Insurance plan is decent. people are generally friendly.

      Cons

      High work load, minimal compensation. Not up to par with competitor company's. Cocky blowhard management that does not produce results.
