ERS is a company that is continually looking to improve and promotes development from within like nowhere else I have been employed. They encourage their employees to share their perception of their job and the company. This has really been emphasized this year and they have made great strides to make sure we are comfortable with where we work. They are a very employee-centric. The management staff works hard to make sure that their team is acknowledged when they exceed expectations and the company as a whole is always doing employee appreciation events. This friday we are having our annual summer picnic, which is always a good time! The thing that really strikes me as great is that everyone has a voice here. If someone has a suggestion or concern it is taken seriously and they really discuss to potential for change if it is needed.

Company is growing quickly which is creating many opportunities for advancement or new roles. Work/life balance is taken into account. Lots of fundraisers to give back to the community and other worthy causes.
