      Team oriented environment- great opportunity for advancement. Fast paced environment with an opportunity to learn about all facets of the business. If you do well, you will continually advance.

      For those who don't want to work hard or don't handle stress well- it's probably not a good fit.

      Base pay is decent - work with you regarding your hours if need to make time up

      Cons

      Very poor management staff all on different pages. Really crappy hr person -not very personable at all. Managers are incompetent, cant answer simple questions - not leaders at all. No communication at all
