Pros

Just an average consulting company to work for. I have been working with them for the last 8 months. They are helpful with your needs.

Cons

They do not check on their employees. Never ask them about any concerns. Do not pay as the market rate. Being on temporary work visa(H1-B), their salary is not as good, but if you are on EAD/GC/Citizen, then their salary is not bad. It just depends on what kind of project you can get.
