ESI is a good company to work with.

Pros

1) Salary is credited on time (Bi-weekly). 2) Benefits includes the Following:(Only For Full-Time Employees) The Insurance premium will be low as compare to the market but you have to pay it. 6 Holidays, 10 Paid leaves, Max 12 Weeks of Unpaid medical leave. They sponsor H1-B and even H4 for your spouse (Client Letter is Must) Full-time employees are paid while on bench. 3) Relocation and travel expenses(Family Included) is provided but have limits for example Car Moving $800 max. 4) They Communicate well with their employees in case they are happy with the job etc.

Cons

Salary increase is like peanuts.

Pros

Prompt payments. Understanding and recognizing employees for their abilities and achievements. Documentation support as and when needed (e.g. Immigration/Visa/Travel)

Cons

I would suggest the account managers to keep in touch after the employee comes on board to help maintain good relationships which may in turn result in additional business.
