Awesome customers and challenging problems pushing us to always deliver a more awesome product. Great to be able to be part of the planning and see all the way through to delivery. Huge learning curve with different enterprise systems.

Cons

Late hours often required for international customers.

Pros

Great opportunity to interact with large enterprises, their senior leadership and various technical systems. Fast paced and innovative thinkers. Constant stream of excitement around new customers. Able to solve real problems for customers and see the impact on their business.

Cons

All the ones associated with scale - requires resilience and ability to hack around problems find and apply new learnings and might have to work on multiple requirements at the same time. Not for the faint hearted who run from fires.
