Pros

Amazing work environment, respectful, friendly and helpfull teammates - it’s great working with some really smart engineers. Huge customers and doing an extraordinary job revolutionizing their recruiting processes. Flexibility on work hours and location.

Cons

The flexibility brings a downside working with multiple and distributed teams sometimes requires work some late hours.

Pros

Great location with a very casual atmosphere. The office space has a nice private outside area where you can work from, eat and smoke and all conference rooms are very easily accessible. The leadership knows what they are trying to achieve and sit and work with everyone else. Pipeline of features and customers is large. Can work with latest tech and at the same time work with very large corporations. Free lunch.

Pros

Fellow colleagues, most of which are global with only a handful of jobs actually located in the United States, are nice and supportive.

Cons

Leadership is a mess, loyalty is rewarded and felt as if it was held over people's heads. Doesn't matter how hard you work, there is little to no growth opportunities here - don't pay attention to the promises of expanding the workforce. Most of the leadership are male, little to no females with exception to CEO, Friends and family friends are placed into positions, often not even interviewing others and making decisions on behalf of the hiring manager. The other reviews here describing the toxicity and how it is an interesting place to work for are spot on!
