accessible entry to the industry

Cons

Too many to list. Long term staff has thrown away their own lives to work at the company and bully employees they do not like or who do not have the same enthusiasm. Favoritism is key, incompetent employees are rewarded if they know someone higher up in the company whereas others have to pick up their slack. Pay is not where it needs to be for the workload. Company has doubled the expected amount of timecards processed per week without warning so now we have to work twice as hard for the same salary. Trainings are ineffectual and disorganized. Every one ends in senior staff recalling the good old days instead of teaching anyone anything. The work culture is a combination of high school and a cult. No one will take responsibility for anything so every mistake falls on the paymaster even when it had nothing to do with us. We are repeatedly hung out to dry by management AND clientelle with zero protections or respect. You will develop an anxiety disorder guaranteed.
