- Routine workflows - Off-hands management - Can be stressful but once you learn your role you can cruise with lots of free time

Cons

- VERY clique-y. Promotions and raises based on who-you-know and how long you've been around, not on actual merit or value. - Infrequent raise reviews, non-defined promotion tracks or schedules - Very low pay and laughable raises/bonuses, if any - Terrible product(s) and incompetent employees - Low pay floor and pay ceiling - Basically non-existent benefits
