Pros

Employee stock ownership keeps everyone motivated. Management appreciates the importance of good work / life balance. The company generally seeks to promote from within the organization.

Cons

Parking is impossible, but that's a small price to pay to work at such an amazing company. Company does not match employee contributions to retirement accounts.

Pros

- used to be a great group of people to work with - interesting industry and clients

Cons

- low salaries and poor benefits - red flags with working parents (many who returned from from parental leave made redundant and poorly treated when pregnant) - leadership talks a lot but little action - operating without clear business objectives and plans = set up to fail
