Slowly dismantling the UK

Pros

Remote working but mainly offered due to downsizing and there not being enough desks.

Cons

The strategy changes every few days, goal posts moving every 5 minutes is an understatement. Failing business model after burning their reputation in the UK industry with poor service / products. Constant redundancies, hardly anyone left in the UK now. Bonuses regularly cancelled - merry go round of poor decision making from US leadership.

Pros

Great place to work! Always strives for excellence in client service. Collaborative & cohesive group of people to work with. I ENJOY COMING TO WORK EVERY DAY. ALWAYS interested in the the employees (career development, long-term career path, Employee benefits-ESOP, HMO, PTO, GREAT/Modern Open Floor Plan Work Environment, Open door policy with all Executives, including CEO).

Cons

As the industry leader, there are lots client expectations. Sometimes we try to do to much at once (but always with the best of intentions— to always bring the best to our clients).

Underpaid, overworked and more

Pros

Some great peers and that’s it!

Cons

You’re underpaid, overworked, and undervalued. Management is a bunch of control freaks who micromanage everything but never take responsibility when things go wrong. Blame everyone else seems like the easiest thing to do. Two-faced is the best way to describe them: all smiles in meetings, completely different behind closed doors. GPTW is such a joke! Employees aren’t treated like people, just figures and data points to be managed. Zero real care for work-life balance, career growth, or even basic respect.
