Pros

Very nice workplace, and the company treats their employee great

Cons

The only downside working here is that there are sometimes not enough people for the work

Pros

You get a paycheck and a hybrid work schedule. There is an added benefit of being able to work on your acting skills. You can get your manager fired if they provide you coaching, just go to HR.

Cons

This is not a healthy or supportive environment for middle management. Senior leadership will lie to your face and then behind your back lie some more to HR. They do not care about your growth or if you have a family. They rarely promote, and when they do there’s no training of any kind.
