Pros

Good location in Burbank (easy commute if you live in SFV)

Cons

Stay away if you are a technology professional. EP's technological stack is outdated. They have been trying to "modernize" and "innovate" but have been super unsuccessful. There is a Director and a VP for everything. Things move painfully slow in this company. Layoffs keep fear among employees. Very little opportunities for advancing your career internally.
