      CEO's Insular Attitude: A Source of Frustration for Employees

      They have a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. They prioritize ethical business practices and give back to the community through various charitable initiatives.

      Cons

      Thinking back on my time working at this company. I couldn't help but feel demoralized. The CEO's insular attitude was a constant source of frustration for many of us. He was a man who refused to take feedback from anyone who wasn't part of his inner circle, and who seemed to actively discriminate against those who didn't share his views. Working under such conditions was not only demotivating, but it also depleted our morale. We were often left feeling undervalued and unheard, as the CEO would routinely belittle our ideas and dismiss our concerns.

      Pros

      There is good friendship environment between employees.

      Cons

      Micromanaging every single day and week. Most of the team managers are capable of managing people and not equipped with the skills. The threat for contract termination was constant. Thus, employee turnover of the company is crazy and they are always looking for new employees to fill those positions. Unfortunately, the CEO of the company is the reason for all these points. I strongly do not recommend working for this company.

      It was the worst experience for me. I don't want to mention fake pros to mislead others into thinking it's a good employer.

      Cons

      THE COMPANY CULTURE WAS THE WORST. THE MANAGEMENT WAS A FAILURE. THEY NEVER ACCEPTED WHAT THEY WRONG AND ALWAYS PLAYED THE BLAME GAME WITH EMPLOYEES. Most employees were already stressed due to the high workload. The stress was increased further when the awful management blamed them for everything that went wrong. I couldn't tolerate the rude and disrespectful behavior for long, so I quit to preserve my mental health. I didn't want to be mentally unstable like the management here. You must avoid it too!
