I get work with a lot of talented and passionate people over here.

Cons

Leadership expects employees to innovate and be creative, but keeps micromanaging everyone. They look over your shoulder 24/7, nitpick every single detail, tell you exactly what you should be doing, etc. The conflicting demands keep you frustrated and burnt out.

The tips I got from customers were good

Cons

Most of the time, the founder who visits the sites appears drunk. He would always scold us and say, "Work and never go on breaks!" This kind of management was witnessed by my loyal customers. He tried to take a video, yet he was slapped by the founder. The customer is not right here. Hand in hand, the owner and upper management make it difficult for us to work here. The level of disrespect to us waiters was terrible. It's a very exhausting experience. I was just trying to get basic tasks done for a month, then I left.

The experience can help you get your foot in the door in the events industry.

Cons

This company is extremely disorganized. Supervisors can be very abusive with what they need from you and they don't have the bandwidth to properly support their teams. The pressure is insane, the owners will do anything for a buck on the backs of the young. There is absolutely NO work/life balance, but the pay is not great. I would stay away if you value your time and yourself.
