Some events can be fun . Being part of them seemed exciting in the beginning. It was before I was overworked.

Cons

Overworked is the key point here. All employees are expected to work brutal and terribly exhausting hours. We didn't have a choice. The leadership was quite dominating. They pushed us to work past our boundaries, and we ended up having an awful work-life balance. Things became extremely chaotic before major events. It was a disaster. I avoided git by quitting.

Nice venue. Food is diverse and is pretty good.

Cons

The management are power crazy. From bullying to micromanaging, overworking their employees and treating them like wayward children. I have never been in such a toxic environment where I felt so disrespected. Would not recommend to anyone to work at EEG.

If you are a fresh grad, it may be ok at first.

Cons

Too much micromanagement. Cameras are everywhere in the company, they don't trust staff and they don't respect your time. You are expected to stay online after work, at midnight, in the weekend as management believes it's part of the company culture to occupy your personal time. All they care bout is getting their business. Overall, the workplace is very hostile, extremely dictatorial, and dangerous.
