Love weddings, so I guess this is my dream job. Competent and supportive team, which is really helpful because there's a lot of coordinating with vendors, venues, and clients. Fast-paced, of course, but that's not always a bad thing -- you learn to multitask and build strong organizational skills. Good pay and benefits. No micromanagement.

Avoiding the leadership of Entourage Events Group is the best way to survive here. The work atmosphere is extremely stressful and hectic, not because of the fast-paced environment but mainly due to the problematic leadership. Our supervisors are extremely hostile and rude, and their aggressive and toxic management style puts ten times more pressure on the employees.

The effective collaboration of the design, production, and hospitality teams makes the job much easier, allowing you to have fun while you're at it. Management trusts you to handle client requests and provides all the necessary resources. I’ve met a lot of great people along the way, expanding both my personal and professional circles.

Cons

The pace and workload during the summer and holiday seasons are intense.
