      Pros

      Fun and upbeat team even when everyone has a lot on their plate. No issues with communication and coordination. Learned a lot about good customer service and interacting with guests. Never had to ask twice for help. Place and people that make me look forward to every event.

      Flexible schedule that lets you pick shifts based on your availability.

      - Being a server here means facing disrespect at every turn. - Rudeness comes not only from supervisors but also from coworkers who act entitled. - Favoritism is rampant, giving certain people privileges while everyone else is left to deal with hostility. - The environment is draining, demoralizing, and full of unnecessary conflict.

      Pros

      The events are different, and I get to work at different venues, so the job never feels repetitive. My team is friendly – everyone knows their role and communicates well. Managers give you enough space to do your job without micromanaging. Overall, the job is pretty fun if you’re organized and can multitask.

      Cons

      Some months are slow, others are heavily booked.
