The experience can help you get your foot in the door in the events industry.

Cons

This company is extremely disorganized. Supervisors can be very abusive with what they need from you and they don't have the bandwidth to properly support their teams. The pressure is insane, the owners will do anything for a buck on the backs of the young. There is absolutely NO work/life balance, but the pay is not great. I would stay away if you value your time and yourself.

Great variety of events, so it's always exciting. Good pay and smooth communication. The people I work with are pros - they know what to do and how to do it. I've learned a lot from them. They're also friendly and fun to be around.

Cons

Expect to work weekends now and then.

Everyone on the team is a pleasure to work with. The pay is good, and I'm thrilled with all the experience I'm gaining. It's really making a difference - I found the thought of handling high-profile events daunting before, but now that my confidence has grown so much, all I feel is excitement.

Cons

Working on weekends or holidays, but not a lot you can do because that's when many events take place.
