Decent place to start out your career, however the company has EXTREMELY fast turnover for positions that should not have a fast turn over.

Cons

Not sure how this company stays afloat. The CEO makes everyone feel afraid to ask for help or admit they made a mistake. He micromanages everyone's work, telling them exactly what to do, and then blames those same people when the strategy doesn't work. Very chaotic and not a place to work and not appropriate if you're vulnerable un confidence and self-esteem.

If you want to be treated inhumanely, then this company is the one for you. The upper management is notorious for manipulating and blatantly lying to the employees. They don't care about your wellbeing because all they care about is forcing you to do as they please. That's why they will try anything just to force you to follow them, such as dirty politics, power-tripping, and micromanaging. You also won't ever get paid on time, and the management will just ignore you if you complain. This company is the most awful one that I've ever known.

I got nice title but in reality it was all for show

Cons

My job responsibilities were just too vague and unclear to identify. I think they made it this way so that they can assign a lot more different duties to their people without them knowing that it's already outside of their scope. It was hard to continue working when you didn;t know where to focus and what your goals and priorities were
