Pros

If you want to build your resume by learning new skills in a fast-paced environment, consider making this a stepping stone for a further career path. There are opportunities for those who work hard for a year or two to transfer to different departments, learn how to juggle responsibilities (time management) and deal with many different personality types.

Cons

This is a failure based environment. Do not believe when management makes promises about what to expect in terms of promotions, getting help, or things getting better. This is a purely reactive environment with the veil of being proactive loosely thrown over it.

Pros

There really isn't and pros

Cons

Bad owners, management just been there and didn't leave so they are directors now. They'll never hold any management positions any where else.
