Pros

- There were and maybe still are a lot of nice people that work there (pro) but nice people become jaded over time because they're expected to pick up the slack of others - Dress code and work environment is relaxed, people wear t shirts and jeans - Opportunity for experience because you'll be asked to do some of everything, if you're young this might be helpful - Looking through yearbooks can be funny at times - The company tries to plan fun events, not sure what they're like now but they got worse with time

Cons

- CEO and COO micromanage, degrade, and treat employees poorly - The backbone of this company is the team that assembles the books and yet they get the least reward for their work: most are immigrants and i think this is why it's easy to take advantage - Nepotism - Management is a mess and communication is subpar - You will be required to do extra things and work overtime in the name of "company spirit" and (potentially) a raise - Compensation in comparison to the amount of work - The office is messy, it may seem appealing during the interview process because it's colorful but its a hodge podge of furniture and junk - CEO will create an excuse so you never get a full bonus
